Registration:

  • Registration must be received by May 16, 2008.   After that date applications will be accepted contingent on available space.
  • Registration Fee: $25.00
  • Please Make Checks Payable to: LFP Garden Tour
  •  

  • Booth space will be based on the equivalent area of one 6 or 8 foot table. Vendors may have more than one booth space and must provide their own table(s) and chairs.
  •  

  • There will be a registration fee of $25.00, payable with the registration form. The revenue split will be 75% vendor and 25% Garden Fair-Plant Sale based on gross receipts. The registration fee will be deducted from the 25% collected by the Garden Fair-Plant Sale representative at the end of the fair at 4:00pm.
  •  

  • Acceptance as a vendor is on a case-by-case basis and is not confirmed until we have received your registration fee. You will receive a confirmation phone call or postcard. Cancellation notification must be received 2 weeks prior to the Garden Fair-Plant Sale in order to receive a refund.
  •  

  • Your merchandise must be displayed so that it is not a danger to any mall visitors. Your wares should be confined to your designated space and not extend into walkways or other areas. If you have special circumstances or needs regarding display, please call to discuss arrangements and note on the registration form. You are responsible for clean-up of your area.  Thank you.
