Vendor Invitation

Date: Saturday, June 14, 2008

Time: 9am to 4pm

   Set up between 7:30am and 8:45am

You are invited to sell your plants, garden art and related wares at the 6th Annual Garden Fair-Plant Sale, which will be held in the lower level of the Lake Forest Park Towne Centre. The Towne Centre is located at the intersection of Ballinger Way NE (SR 104) and Bothell Way NE (SR 522) in the heart of Lake Forest Park, approximately 15 minutes north of Seattle.

Booth space will be based on the equivalent area of one 6 or 8 foot table. Vendors may have more than one table and must provide their own table(s) and chairs. Please register no later than May 16, 2008.

There will be a registration fee of $25.00, payable with the registration form. The revenue split will be 75% vendor and 25% Garden Fair-Plant Sale based on gross receipts. The registration fee will be deducted from the 25% collected by the Garden Fair-Plant Sale representative at the end of the fair.

Judging by the tremendous success of past Secret Gardens of Lake Forest Park, the Garden Fair-Plant Sale will be a lively place, bustling with plantaholics looking for just the right plant or objet d'art! In conjunction with the Garden Fair-Plant Sale, Ciscoe Morris, KIRO radio personality, will be broadcasting live from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM during the Fair.

The Secret Gardens of Lake Forest Park Tour & Garden Fair-Plant Sale will be advertised on KIRO 710, the #1 radio station in the Seattle metropolitan area, as well as in local newspapers and gardening publications. The proceeds from the Tour & Garden Fair-Plant Sale will be distributed among the non-profit organizations that present this event, and will be directed back into the local community.
