On Saturday, June 16, 2012, The Secret Gardens of Lake Forest Park Tour will be open to the public for viewing. There will be five beautiful private gardens in Lake Forest Park on the tour. Each garden will feature an artist displaying artwork and musicians performing in the garden. Master Gardeners will be available to answer your gardening questions.
That morning, beginning at 10AM, Ciscoe Morris from 710 KIRO Radio will be broadcasting live from the Garden Fair-Plant Sale located in the lower level of the Lake Forest Park Towne Centre. The Garden Fair-Plant Sale will be filled with vendors selling unique garden art and a wide variety of plants that will include hostas, ferns, perennials, fuchsias, native and drought tolerant plants.
Advance ticket sales will begin on May 1, 2012 for The Secret Gardens of Lake Forest Park Garden Tour. Tickets purchased in advance will be available for $12 at Two Trading Tigers and Wild Birds Unlimited at the Lake Forest Park Towne Centre; Sky Nursery; Molbak's Nursery; Swanson's Nursery; Ravenna Gardens at University Village; and Shoreline Bank - Ballinger Branch . Tickets also will be available on Sundays at the Farmers' Market at the Towne Centre. Tickets may be purchased for $15 at the Garden Fair-Plant Sale on June 16th beginning at 9AM.
