Registration:

• Registration must be received by May 16, 2008.   After that date applications will be accepted contingent on available space.
• Registration Fee: None

 

• Booth space will be based on the equivalent area of one 6 or 8 foot table. Participants may have more than one booth space and must provide their own table(s) and chairs.

 

• Acceptance as a participant is on a case-by-case basis and is not confirmed until we have received your registration. You will receive a confirmation phone call or postcard. If your organization needs to cancel notification please give notice 72 hours prior to the Garden Fair-Plant Sale.

 

• Your booth must be set up so that it is not a danger to any mall visitors. Your booth should be confined to your designated space and not extend into walkways or other areas. If you have special circumstances or needs regarding display, please call to discuss arrangements and note on the registration form. You are responsible for clean-up of your area. Thank you.
